These terms cover Pastyx: the Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad apps, the web app at paste.leeguoo.com and the sync service behind them. Pastyx is made by Li Guo (“we”). By using Pastyx you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What you get

• Mac and Windows (website download). A 7-day free trial, then a one-time purchase of a license (US$1.99 at the time of writing). One license works on up to 3 devices across Mac and Windows; you can move it by deactivating a device in the app’s settings. There is no subscription. The license covers the version you buy and updates we publish for it; we do not promise any particular future feature.
• App Store. Anything you get through Apple’s App Store (the iPhone and iPad app, and the Mac App Store version including any in-app unlock) is also governed by Apple’s Media Services terms. Apple handles payment, family sharing and refunds for those purchases.
• Web app and iPhone/iPad app. Free to use with a leeguoo account.

Payment

Website purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it sells the license to you, charges you, handles sales tax/VAT and sends the receipt. Its terms apply to the payment. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Your account and your content

• Sync and the web app need a leeguoo account (account.leeguoo.com). Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• What you copy and sync stays yours. We store it only to show it back to you on your devices, as described in the privacy policy.
• You can delete synced clips, or your whole account, at any time from the apps. Quick-share links expire after 24 hours.
• Do not use Pastyx, its sync service or its share links to store or distribute content that is illegal or that you have no right to share, and do not try to disrupt, overload or get unauthorized access to the service. We may remove such content or suspend an account that does this.

The service

We work to keep sync running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything important; the Mac and Windows apps keep your history on the device. We may change or discontinue the sync service; if we discontinue it, we will say so in advance where reasonably possible, and the desktop apps keep working with the history on your device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Pastyx, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pastyx in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we will mention it in the release notes or on this site. Continuing to use Pastyx after a change means you accept the new terms.

付款

官网购买由 Lemon Squeezy 处理，它是交易的销售方（merchant of record）：由它向你出售授权、收款、处理销售税 / 增值税并发送收据，付款适用其条款。退款见退款政策。

你的账号与内容

• 同步和网页版需要 leeguoo 账号（account.leeguoo.com）。请保管好密码；通过你的账号进行的操作由你负责。
• 你复制和同步的内容归你所有。我们保存它只是为了在你的设备上显示给你，详见隐私政策。
• 你可以随时在应用里删除已同步的剪贴，或删除整个账号。快传链接 24 小时后失效。
• 不得用 Pastyx、其同步服务或分享链接存储、传播违法内容或你无权分享的内容，也不得试图干扰、压垮服务或未经授权访问服务。对此类内容，我们可能删除；对这样做的账号，我们可能暂停使用。

关于服务

我们会尽力保持同步正常运行、保护你的数据，但服务按“现状”提供，不作任何形式的保证，偶尔可能无法使用。重要内容请自行保留副本；Mac 和 Windows 应用会把历史记录保存在本机。我们可能调整或停止同步服务；如需停止，会在合理可行时提前告知，桌面应用仍可使用本机上的历史记录。

责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用 Pastyx 产生的间接或附带损失、数据或利润损失，我们不承担责任；我们的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内为 Pastyx 支付的金额为限。本条款不限制你依消费者保护法享有、不可放弃的权利。

条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，页首日期即最新版本；重大变更会在更新说明或本站说明。变更后继续使用 Pastyx 即表示你接受新条款。
