Pastyx for Mac and Windows has a 7-day free trial, so you can check that it works for you before paying. If something still goes wrong after you buy, here is what happens.

Bought on paste.leeguoo.com (Lemon Squeezy)

• Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full price back, no questions asked. After 14 days we still look at requests where Pastyx did not work as described.
• To ask, reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or use the order page linked from it. Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, sends the money back to the original payment method.
• A refunded license is deactivated on every device. Your clipboard history on your devices and in your account is not touched.
• If the law where you live gives you more rights (for example a statutory cancellation period), those rights apply as well.

Bought through the App Store

Purchases made through Apple’s App Store (including the Mac App Store version and in-app unlocks) are refunded by Apple, under Apple’s rules. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Free parts

The web app and the iPhone/iPad app are free, so there is nothing to refund.
